User Portal
The User Portal is designed as a central tool that allows all HPC Vega users to view and monitor their projects and other key statistics on Vega. It helps with efficient planning and accessing important information.
The portal is based on the Grafana platform, which is specialized for data visualization. This way, users always have a clear, transparent, and up-to-date insight into the status of their projects.
The portal provides easy access to real-time data, such as:
- project status,
- resource usage status by partitions,
- job status overview,
- project account priorities,
- energy consumption,
- size and occupancy of disk space.
Instructions
Logging into the Portal
If you wish to access the User Portal, please contact podpora@sling.si, and we will approve your access.
- Open the User Portal in your web browser. It is available at https://portal.vega.izum.si.

Filters
At the top left of the page, there is a dropdown menu listing all your project Slurm accounts.
Select the account for which you want to view the data. All display panels will automatically adjust to show information for the selected account.
In the upper right corner, you can also select a time range.
Details
You can click on individual elements (e.g., a graph). By selecting "view," you can open the element in full-screen mode.
